National Account SpecialistThe National Account Specialist manages and grows a portfolio of national account clients, serving as a primary point of contact while supporting strong client relationships, operational execution, retention, and profitable growth. This role is focused on a portfolio of smaller and developing national accounts and combines account management with a proactive business development mindset. The National Account Specialist works closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities to expand existing programs, and ensure consistent execution across client locations.The National Account Specialist partners cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Billing & Collections, and other internal teams to resolve client needs, support account performance, and identify opportunities for continued growth. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations – Central and may require travel up to 50% based on client and business needs. This is a remote role that may be based in any of the below metropolitan areas: Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis.Compensation: The salaried rate for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00.
