Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their unique life situations and coverage needs.
• Prepare personalized insurance quotes and explain the value of different protection plans.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local Albion families and business owners.
• Manage incoming customer inquiries with care, ensuring every question is answered thoroughly.
• Follow up with prospects to track progress and ensure they have the information necessary to make informed decisions.
• Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and show our support for the area.

Requirements

• Preferred active Michigan Property Casualty insurance license. Licensing assistance available.
• Preferred valid Michigan Life Health insurance license. Licensing assistance available.
• Preferred previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software systems.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Genuine interest in helping people navigate their personal risks and financial goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
