Position Overview

The Expense Processor will manage employee travel and expense (T&E) reports for the Investment Banking team. This individual will process expenses accurately and in compliance with company policy, resolve expense-related questions, and provide professional, responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n
Responsibilities Of The Expense Processor

• Complete and process expense reports accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with T&E policy.
\n
• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
\n
• Investigate and resolve T&E-related issues and questions.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service to employees.
\n
• Manage a high-volume workflow while maintaining accuracy.
\n
• Work independently while collaborating with other team members.

Required Experience/Skills For The Expense Processor

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
\n
• 3-5 years of experience in expense management, finance, operations, or executive assistant work.
\n
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
\n
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
\n
• Professional judgment and the ability to interact with employees at various levels.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Expense Processor

• Experience with Workday Expenses.
\n
• 2-3 years of collections experience.
\n
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline.
\n
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or rapidly changing organization.
