Position: Sales Engineer
Cleveland, OH | Hybrid | Midwest Territory
Compensation: $100-120K base + variable compensation | OTE: $150-200K
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a Midwest commercial territory
- Build relationships with commercial decision-makers and senior leadership
- Develop strategic territory and account plans
- Conduct targeted outreach, cold calling and prospecting
- Translate customer needs into tailored energy solutions
- Partner with technical/design teams to move opportunities from conversation → solution → close
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll likely bring 5+ years of commercial sales/business development experience, a track record of hitting revenue goals, and experience building or leading sales teams.
Experience in commercial solar, renewable energy, energy management, electrical systems, HVAC/building systems or a closely related technical solution sale is highly valuable.
An Electrical Engineering background is preferred, but the bigger story is someone who can combine technical credibility + business acumen + sales.
