So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.We are looking for a Service Channel Sales Engineer to support and grow our After Sales channel business across the CEE region, with focus on Poland.You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with partners, developing channel strategies, and driving sales growth through indirect channels, making a real impact on our business success. **Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement the After Sales Channel Strategy across the CEE region* Manage and grow relationships with key channel partners* Lead joint business planning and performance reviews based on KPIs* Identify growth opportunities and improve channel performance* Negotiate and manage commercial agreements* Analyze market trends and competitor activity* Coordinate training and capability development for partners **Your Profile:*** Degree in Engineering or related field* Experience in channel management, indirect sales, or business development* Experience in multi-country or complex channel environments is an advantage* Proven success in driving sales through indirect channels* Strong commercial and relationship-building skills* Good negotiation and contract management abilities* Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach* Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and regions* Fluency in English**What’s In It For You:**We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
