Your responsibilities Lead the Central Eastern European commercial function while ensuring that the business stays on the front foot in terms of identifying and responding to customer requirements Assist in the maintenance of Key Account opportunities to support business growth and increase profitability and continue a positive development of McDonald’s relationship Analyse existing business and new business potential across region Central East Europe, to aid the identification and delivery of ‘good’ business opportunities across all markets Manage the introduction and timely launch of new or promotional products to meet the deadlines specified in the promotional calendar through effective communication with the NPD manager Cooperation with the Customer Support function and assist McDonald's restaurants as well as franchisees Our requirements University degree in business or sales Sound experience in the food industry – preferrably in meat further processing or in the beef and/or chicken sector is a big advantage Profund sales experience and ideally expertise in managing QSR and retail business in Europe Good understanding of Quality Systems, HACCP requirements and Equipment capabilities is required Management skills such as Strategic and Business Planning and Experience in Budgeting Driving licence is mandatory for customer visits nationally and internationally High command in Polish and Englisch language What we offer you We are a company with flat hierarchies, value-based corporate culture and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market.
