What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in an in-house NNP model delivering 24/7 coverage
• Manage an average daily NICU census of around 19 patients
• Support approximately 2,700 annual deliveries, including high-risk births
• Perform daily neonatal rounding and patient management
• Deliver acute NICU care for critically ill neonates
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on competence and experience
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU staff
• Exercise strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
• Contribute to a team-oriented, evidence-based neonatal practice
• Potentially participate in educational activities with medical students
• Focus on delivering safe, high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or relevant experience
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical decision-making skills

Preferred:

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting
• BLS, NRP certifications
