Job Title Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to coordinate proposals for new opportunities and engage new customers that align with the organization’s objectives. The role involves working closely with team members to develop budgets and plans for projects, preparing necessary documentation, and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of each project. The Project Manager will monitor projects to ensure profitability and output alignment with customer needs while prioritizing projects in case of schedule or budget conflicts. Responsibilities Coordinate proposals for new opportunities. Engage new customers to support the organization’s objectives. Work with team members to develop budgets and plans for projects. Prepare necessary documentation for project management. Evaluate and assess project strengths and weaknesses. Monitor projects to ensure profitability. Monitor outputs to ensure customer needs are met. Prioritize projects and activities when schedule or budget conflicts arise. Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance strategies. Essential Skills Program management expertise. Mechanical engineering knowledge. Experience in aerospace and defense industries. PMP certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field. Over 8 years of experience managing programs in the aerospace & defense or medical device industry, handling project sizes ranging from $50K to $250K. Proficiency in using CRM systems for documenting and tracking projects. Technical engineering experience. Work Environment The work environment includes a team of 30 people located onsite in Cranbury. One other Project Manager has been with the company for 10 years and supports defense projects. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year. Benefits include tuition reimbursement and career development opportunities.
