Administrative Coordinator - Ortho Provider Scheduling

Administrative Coordinator – Ortho Provider Scheduling Employment Status: Full time, Shift: Day, Location: 2331 Franklin Rd, Roanoke, USA. Responsibilities Build clinic templates and schedules. Process provider schedule changes. Process clinic schedule changes. Build provider call schedule. Build provider OR schedule. Process provider time away scheduling and processing. Participate in project management activities as assigned. Maintain quality, efficient, and cost‑effective services through administrative, scheduling, and customer service support. Communicate with management, staff, and other internal and external customers. Maintain confidential information and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Operate office equipment and adapt to changing workload priorities. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent; 4 years of experience required. Two years of experience in data collection and analysis and/or advanced secretarial support. Experience in emergency services or physician practice setting preferred. Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, spreadsheets, presentation or database software. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
