If not in their contract, they will be responsible for working with core staff to trade if they are scheduled on a day they want off.Scheduling period is 4 weeks; Week runs Monday through Sunday.Travelers do not self-schedule. They are scheduled by the unit scheduler in accordance with unit needs. Requests such as "no 3 in a row" or "consecutive shift scheduling" will be considered but are not guaranteed.Minimum weekend requirement is 3 weekend shifts plus a Friday day (day travelers)or a Sunday night (night travelers).
