Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain a sterile field during operations, including ortho and trauma cases.
• Prepare and manage operating room equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support advanced procedures including DaVinci robotic surgeries.
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage emergency situations promptly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an Operating Room RN, with ortho specialty.
• Current BLS certification required, ACLS preferred.
• Experience required with laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system is essential.
• No first-time travelers accepted; travel and trauma level II experience required.
• Must adhere to a nicotine-free policy within the facility.
