Program/Project ManagerLocation: Columbus, OH (Local candidates preferred)Duration: ContractRate: DOERequired Skills & Experience:Proven experience delivering global, multi-site security or infrastructure rollouts across 10+ sites and multiple regions.Strong program/project management skills with PMP certification or equivalent experience.Experience managing stage-gate processes, RFPs, procurement, and vendor selection activities.Strong vendor and integrator management skills, including contract support, SLA management, and multi-vendor coordination.Experience managing CapEx/OpEx budgets, TCO analysis, SaaS subscriptions, hardware, and implementation costs.Background supporting manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments preferred.Knowledge of plant operations, safety permitting, contractor safety programs, and plant turnaround activities.Ability to manage stakeholders across Security, IT, HR, EHS, plant leadership, and global teams.Experience with risk management, change management, cutover planning, and minimizing operational disruption.Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CFATS, ISO 27001, and audit requirements.Experience leading cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones with travel flexibility.Strong executive communication skills with experience providing steering committee updates, KPI reporting, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
