Mid System Engineer

Mid-Level System Engineer (SE)Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level System Engineer (SE) to join our intel team. The SE will require a good background in Linux engineering/administration, as well as troubleshooting. The SE will need to have the ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently (self-motivated).Candidates should have the following qualifications:TS/SCI with polygraph is required.Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.CWIP Level I required at start; Level II required within 6 months.Candidates are required to have the following skills:Linux systems administration experience - must be comfortable with command line, troubleshootingExperienced with Windows ServerExperienced with Virtualization - VMWareExperienced with Puppet Experience, or able to learn quicklyExperienced with SSP Support - scanning, patching, keeping documentation up to date and support ATO activitiesAnalyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
