Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and targeted mental health services for individuals diagnosed with conditions including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the mental health status of patients, assessing emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and tailored to individual patient needs.

• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed behavioral changes and feedback from patients and healthcare colleagues.

• Offer educational resources and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources.

• Maintain adherence to ethical standards of practice, ensuring confidentiality and securing informed consent from patients at all stages of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will cater to a diverse patient population primarily dealing with substance dependency and associated mental health concerns. You will be entrusted with empowering patients through therapeutic interactions aimed at fostering resilience and recovery. As part of our Detox Center initiatives, the LCSW will work closely with clients navigating the complexities of addiction and implement strategies to support their mental health during this critical phase.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, particularly within substance use and recovery contexts.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective partnerships with patients and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
