Coverage Type: Clinical Only

Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing

Clinical Shift Schedule: MonFri; 8a-5p

Patient Demographics: Adult

Patient Volume: 20

Phone Consults: Virtual visits as needed

Case Mix: Adult primary care, preventive medicine, acute and chronic disease management

Job Requirements: Active TX Medical License, BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, clean record (highly preferred), completion of ACGME or AMA-approved residency program, experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care, at least one professional reference within the past 24 months
