You guide both sides from first conversation through a successful closing, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business for years to come.

• Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
• List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
• Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
