Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for St Luke's Portneuf Hospital in Pocatello, ID. The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for this medical center including patient feeding, retail areas, and catering. The Executive Chef position is located in Southeast Idaho with easy access to Jackson Hole, Salt Lake City, and Boise. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. ServSafe certification and solid working knowledge of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and compliance.
