This Staff Accountant opportunity offers strong leadership exposure, excellent benefits, and the chance to take ownership of a diverse commercial property portfolio.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Competitive benefits package including employer-paid health insurance and a 401(k) with 10% match • Consistent bonus program with a strong history of payouts • Direct exposure to senior leadership and business owners • Opportunity to expand responsibility as the property portfolio continues to grow • Play a key role supporting acquisitions, system enhancements, and business expansion • Work with modern real estate accounting systems and best practicesTarget Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 base salary + bonus eligibilityKey Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate properties • Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements • Oversee AP, AR, lease administration, and CAM reconciliations • Partner with property managers and leadership to support financial performance and reporting • Assist with property onboarding, process improvements, and accounting system initiativesQualifications for the Staff Accountant:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3+ years of commercial real estate or property accounting experience • Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate accounting software • Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
