Administrator in Training (AIT) Job Summary Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training (AIT). This entry-level role provides an opportunity to learn and grow with our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. As an AIT, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, assisting with daily operations and supporting our mission to provide high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping Provide support to the administrative team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and communicating with residents and families Help maintain a clean and organized work environment Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Requirements 0 years of experience (recent graduates or those looking to transition into a healthcare career encouraged to apply) High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or a related field) a plus Who We Are Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is a premier provider of healthcare services, committed to delivering exceptional care and customer service to our residents.
