Role Description The Senior Consultant will serve as a primary advisor to clients, leading complex pharmacy consulting engagements from discovery through delivery. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assessing client pharmacy programs, developing strategies and recommendations, preparing and presenting reports, and guiding clients through procurement processes such as RFPs, renewals, and market evaluations. The role will also involve overseeing audit projects, interpreting analytics, translating data into actionable insights, and collaborating with internal team members to design meaningful solutions. The Senior Consultant will interact regularly with client stakeholders, manage project timelines and deliverables, and contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of consulting methodologies. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Wayzata, MN, with a mix of in‑office collaboration and work‑from‑home flexibility. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in pharmacy consulting, healthcare consulting, or related fields, with a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits, procurement, and audit processes. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, including the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and develop clear, actionable recommendations. Strong client‑facing skills, including relationship management, stakeholder communication, and experience leading meetings and presentations. Proven project management capabilities, such as organizing workstreams, managing timelines, coordinating cross‑functional efforts, and delivering high‑quality outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports, proposals, and thought leadership materials. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating sound judgment, accountability, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health administration, business, analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., RPh, PharmD, MPH, MBA) are beneficial.
