Overview
Registered Nurse – PACU in Tillamook, Oregon, US. Start date: 08/10/2026. Duration: 20 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,310–$2,416 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (36 hours per week). Travel assignment in an acute care recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, coordinated nursing care for PACU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, assess vital signs, manage post-anesthesia recovery, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with anesthesiology, surgeons, and other disciplines to coordinate post-anesthesia care.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks according to patient needs.
- Document care, maintain patient safety and infection control, and prepare patients for discharge from the PACU.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in care planning.

Requirements
- Current RN license in the United States
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to apply the nursing process
- Ability to supervise and coordinate care among nursing staff
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to standards of care in a fast-paced recovery environment
