• Black Hawk Middle School – Center-based Strategies program
• Greenleaf Elementary School – Center-based Strategies program

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license in special education (state of MN or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience or strong interest in center-based programs preferred

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction within center-based special education programs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with district policies
• Collaborate with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
