Marlo Laz is seeking a polished, client-focused, and highly motivated Full-Time Sales Professional to join our Madison Avenue boutique. This role is ideal for a luxury retail professional who is passionate about delivering an elevated client experience, cultivating long-term relationships, and contributing to sales growth within a refined boutique environment.

Weekend availability is required, including both Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Sales & Client Development

\n

\n
• Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience that reflects the Marlo Laz brand and values
\n
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through proactive outreach and thoughtful follow-up
\n
• Drive sales through strong product storytelling and a deep understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and pricing
\n
• Support clienteling initiatives and contribute to achieving boutique sales goals
\n

\n

Boutique Operations

\n

\n
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards throughout the day
\n
• Assist with packing, shipping, messenger coordination, and inventory handling
\n
• Monitor boutique supplies and communicate operational or maintenance needs as needed
\n
• Support in-store events, trunk shows, and brand activations
\n

\n

Store Presentation & Standards

\n

\n
• Uphold the overall presentation and cleanliness of the boutique, including light housekeeping tasks
\n
• Ensure the sales floor and showcases remain organized, polished, and client-ready at all times
\n
• Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and hospitality-driven store environment
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience required
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
\n
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a boutique team environment
\n
• Jewelry experience preferred, though not required
\n
• Must be comfortable working fully onsite in a luxury retail setting
\n
• Consistent weekend availability required
\n
