Regional Sales Executive, New York — The Blocks
The Blocks is an AI-driven SaaS platform for small and mid-sized General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Estimators. We bring takeoffs, estimating, cost catalogs, budgets, bids, proposals, and CRM into one AI-Powered system — replacing the spreadsheets and disconnected tools most contractors still rely on.
We're hiring a Regional Sales Executive to drive new business across New York State. The role is full-cycle sales to small and mid-sized general contractors, subcontractors, and estimators — you will source your own pipeline, run discovery and live product demos, and close.
How you build that pipeline is up to you. If you already have an established network of GCs, subcontractors, and estimators in New York, you will activate it directly. If you come from an outbound-heavy SaaS background, you will build pipeline through disciplined prospecting. Both profiles are welcome.
We are looking for a proven B2B sales professional with a consistent record of hitting quota in a full-cycle closing role. Experience selling into construction or an adjacent industry — ConTech, building products, ERP, materials, equipment, or insurance — is a strong plus. Fluency with the preconstruction workflow matters. You should be comfortable running live software demos for non-technical buyers without a sales engineer.
Remote, based in New York, with travel across the territory.
