Overview Director of Personal Care Services Location: Austin Pvt. Pay Office Position: Operations and leadership Job ID: 78117 Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 /annually + Bonus opportunity Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; supporting on-call rotation Offer Based On Years of Experience What You Need to Know Director Qualification: High School Diploma required Bachelor’s Degree preferred Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required One or more years of Business Development experience preferred Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred Valid Driver’s License Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals. Oversee branch performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners. Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff. Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and human resources activities. Maintain high standards of care and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead quality improvement initiatives and facilitate branch performance and compliance meetings. Support business development efforts and partner with sales teams to grow referral relationships. Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients and referral partners. Foster a positive team culture and drive employee engagement and accountability.
