As the Product Kanban Lead Engineering Enablement (Lead Scrum Master), you serve a critical role: you enable a team's nimbleness and successful delivery of customer-centric solutions by actively coaching growth of the members' agile skills and mindset. You will report to the Technology Executive responsible for Engineering Enablement across Wells Fargo Consumer Small Business Banking and Lending (CSBBL) lines of business, and serve as a leader for the Technology Directors, Senior Managers and Principal Engineers by ensuring clear communication and helping the Engineering Enablement leadership team reach its goals. This role coaches the Engineering Enablement leadership team and its partners in good agile practices that focuses on delivering value, while guiding continuous improvement of their leadership team and overall organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example. Focus on the flow of work at the Product backlog level while helping guide the team and organization to leverage Agile practices and values to maximize the delivery of business value
• Work with the team to continuously improve by identifying areas of opportunity that will maximize the value delivered and happiness of the team
• Advocate for collaboration, transparency, inspection, and adaptation
• Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery
• Partner with the product manager and tech lead to ensure team focus is on delivering the items with highest business value
• Coach the team to self-organization and to maintain a high level of data integrity (i.e., in Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Facilitate and/or participate in Kanban events (Daily Leadership Team Standup, Product Level Standup, Delivery Review, Replenishment/Refinement, and Retrospective)
• Actively participate as a thought leader in the larger Scrum Master/Kanban Lead community
• Build & evolve a reporting strategy that enhances collaboration and gives leadership a view of overall product & team health
• Serve as a lean champion and coach teams and stakeholders on lean agile principles

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of practicing Agile Kanban Lead / Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to serve multiple teams with highly complex deliverables
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience in an Agile environment, focusing on data management (data modeling, metadata, data mapping or data lineage), data engineering, data science (AIML) and/or data analytics
• Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills
• 3 years technical leadership or architecture experience in private/hybrid/public cloud environments - Azure or GCP preferred
