Key Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train waitstaff.
• Promote employee skill development through on-the-job training and quarterly seminars.
• Greet residents in the dining room and ensure all residents are properly taken care of.
• Maintain the appearance of the dining room and request repairs or upkeep as needed.
• Work with residents and staff to plan parties, bill parties that occur in the dining room, and communicate food-related concerns to the Chef.
• Attend weekly supervisor and catering meetings, monthly food committee meetings, and resident assessment meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of supervisory experience. Dining experience preferred
• 21+ years or older.
• Catering experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• English language proficiency
