Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the associations' timely and accurate processing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow requirements and coordinate payment schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of property management helpful
