Remote Account Executive

Job Description As the Account Executive, you will be the dedicated first point of contact for clients and will coordinate with various departments internally to proactively ensure client satisfaction with our services. This will involve assisting our clients to understand the services we provide as well as working alongside them to explore opportunities to continue to improve their discounts and their experience with our products. Attend/Facilitate meetings with clients and partners to address client needs. Meet & follow up with internal team members to resolve escalated client operational, provider & member issues. Collaborate with Account Coordinator on client follow-ups. Review client reporting metrics & trends to monitor claims, balance billing, & pre-negotiation of services. Communicate client workflow & point of contact updates to impacted internal stakeholders. Communicate client feedback with internal stakeholders. Serve as the liaison between internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns while proactively seeking solutions to better the process ahead. Listen and learn from our clients to communicate internally and appropriately. Collect, track and report client data to communicate key points throughout the organization. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
