We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Transportation Specialist to own our export shipment process and run point on California delivery scheduling and routing.This isn't a "track a spreadsheet and hope" role. You'll be the connective tissue between our warehouse, carriers, and customers; solving routing conflicts before they become problems, keeping export documentation airtight, and making sure every delivery window actually holds.What you'll own:End-to-end planning and tracking of all warehouse export shipmentsExport documentation accuracy — commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and moreCA delivery scheduling and routing, from first mile to final drop-offReal-time problem-solving when carriers, timelines, or routes go sidewaysClear, constant communication with warehouse, sales, and customer-facing teamsWhat you bring:2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or export coordinationSAP ERP experience, ideally with order/shipment processingThe kind of organization that makes chaos look easyA calm, solutions-first mindset when things don't go to planStrong communication skills — you keep people in the loop before they have to askReflects Our Brand Values:We listen to our CustomersWe rely on our MembersWe honor IntegrityWe embrace Continuous LearningWe lead with DesignWe create ValueWe make the World Better
