Owning the paid media strategy and execution, the full-time Senior Paid Media Specialist will manage paid search, display, and social campaigns from planning through analysis, driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, display, and social platforms Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for efficiency and results Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creative aligns with brand standards and campaign goals Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns Proven track record managing substantial advertising budgets Proficiency with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) Experience with analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
