Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and strengths and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, providing clients with tools to enhance their coping strategies and promote mental wellness.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, conducting risk assessments to determine immediate support needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports while complying with ethical and legal standards.
