Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Virginia (VA SLP License)
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to manage both in-person and virtual therapy sessions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness to comply with time-sensitive credentialing, including a VA Department of Social Services check and TB test

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students across multiple schools (assignments to be determined)
• Split your work week: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote for meetings, virtual therapy, evaluations, and consultations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure progress tracking
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators to promote student success
• Attend meetings and provide support services as required
