Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Virginia
• SLP experience in school settings (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to complete VA Dept. of Social Services background check and TB test promptly

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students in a school caseload (ages and assignment details provided at placement)
• Conduct individualized and group sessions, addressing speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement student-centered therapy plans
• Participate in meetings, assessments, progress reports, and IEP development
• Complete documentation efficiently, with some responsibilities handled remotely
• Engage in both in-person and virtual service delivery via an accessible hybrid model
