Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Location: Denver, CO Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay (Based On Experience) + Comprehensive Benefits About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a commercial roofing service team responsible for roof repairs, leak response, preventative maintenance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise commercial roofing service technicians on daily service and repair projects. Perform roof inspections, diagnose leaks, and determine the best repair solutions. Repair and maintain a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up Roofing (BUR), coatings, and other low-slope systems. Train, mentor, and develop service technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and quality workmanship. Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and ensuring a positive service experience. Accurately document labor, materials, photos, and job details using mobile technology. Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Travel locally to customer job sites throughout the workday. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing service, repair, or production experience. Previous experience leading crews or serving as a Foreman preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including: TPO PVC EPDM Modified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing (BUR) Roof Coatings Proven ability to diagnose roofing issues and recommend effective repair solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance. Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer applications for reporting and documentation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
