Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Operations in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help manage visitor access, verify credentials, monitor entry points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and guests. You will use technology to document activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.55 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 03:00 PMTue06:30 AM - 03:00 PMWed06:30 AM - 03:00 PMThur06:30 AM - 03:00 PMFri06:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals according to site requirements. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned building areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized access. Support a professional commercial real estate environment by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related issues to site leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
