Billing Analyst

Responsible for all aspects of client billing, the full-time Billing Analyst will manage bill preparation, research, analysis, and reporting while working remotely on a 2nd shift schedule from 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities Generate and distribute prebills/proformas, assist with month-end processing, and manage the timeliness of billing Prepare attorney/client invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client billing guidelines Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshoot issues while maintaining required spreadsheets for tracking various functions Required qualifications Associates Degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of billing experience in a law firm or professional organization Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Proficiency with Aderant or Elite/Elite 3E strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
