Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions through an online video chat platform, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions, utilizing our electronic health record systems while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or professional counseling (LPC) in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, with proven effectiveness.

• A clean disciplinary record, with no history of actions against your professional license in any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
