Shift Manager

The pay for this position is $23/hour + tips + bonus. We are opening a new location in Wethersfield, CT and are serving up excellent opportunities for our Wethersfield location. We are now interviewing for crew members, shift leaders and shift managers to join our newest team. We will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, 05/06, Thursday, 05/07 and Friday 05/08 from 9:00 – 5:00 p.m. each day. Shift Manager – Job Overview Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
