Check out our website: Home - FortisJob SummaryFortis Health is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow referral relationships and drive census growth. The Account Executive will focus on educating the community about Fortis Health’s home health and hospice services while expanding the network of referral sources.Duties/Responsibilities:Sales & StrategyExecute sales plans and track activity in CRM.Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain referral relationships.Serve as liaison with clinical teams.Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.Administrative & Team WorkComplete reports and support growth initiatives.Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.BenefitsComprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, and disability insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days.401(k) retirement plan with company match after 1 year of employment.Disclaimer:This description reflects the general nature and level of work for the Account Executive.
