What You'll Do As a Landscape Maintenance Team Lead, you will oversee a crew while ensuring commercial properties are maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires both technical landscaping experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities Leading and managing a landscape maintenance crew Operating company trucks and trailers safely Trimming, edging, and blowing off surfaces Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds Mulching and leaf removal Training crew members and maintaining quality standards Communicating with supervisors and clients professionally Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months No Layoffs! What We're Looking For Experience in commercial landscape maintenance Experience leading and managing a crew Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Must have fewer than 4 points to meet company insurance requirements) Ability to be insured by the company's insurance carrier Ability to operate trucks with or without attached trailers Ability to safely operate mowing equipment, mechanical tools, and snow removal equipment Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
