• Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline

• Schedule discovery calls and follow-up meetings

• Present services and solutions based on client needs

• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity notes

• Coordinate with internal teams on client requirements

• Support account growth and long-term relationship development
