About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Wealth and Alpha. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping the hiring strategies across these business groups, with a strong emphasis on experienced hiring. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes across the full hiring lifecycle, driving diversity and inclusion objectives, and maintaining a data-led, client-focused approach. The Head of Talent Acquisition will collaborate closely with senior HR business partners and executive leadership teams to establish global functional priorities, develop robust hiring strategies, and ensure high-quality execution across regions and functions. Applicants for this role at the company should have a significant background in leading talent acquisition within a global, complex organization, particularly in the areas of technology, data, and wealth management. The role requires a proven ability to influence and challenge senior business leaders, proficiency in HR technologies, and a demonstrated capability to build productive partnerships across organizational and geographic boundaries.
