Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders in both office and community settings.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure collaborative care and effective progress toward shared goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create integrated care plans that address the specific needs of clients while ensuring access to additional resources and services.

• Provide brief, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, focused on prevention and recovery.

• Monitor client progress by conducting regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation.

• Document clinical sessions comprehensively, ensuring timely submission of reports and data tracking for program evaluation.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts and provide necessary support during emergencies.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in staff committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
