Minimum of 7 years of commercial HVAC experience required Residential-only HVAC experience will not be considered Experience servicing rooftop units, commercial HVAC systems, startups, and equipment replacements Familiarity with commercial building controls and HVAC troubleshooting Universal EPA Certification required Valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and service documentation Comfortable working independently in commercial environments Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to complete detailed service reports and related documentation consistently Superior Heating and Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
