This role offers the flexibility of remote work, providing a supportive and collaborative environment designed to promote work-life balance. Our team operates with adaptable scheduling options to accommodate your personal commitments while ensuring coverage for our clients between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Whether you prefer a traditional 5x8 schedule or a condensed 4x10 format, we aim to offer choices that suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy or counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups tailored to the specific needs of each client.
\n
• Engage in thorough client interviews to collect and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate and treat a variety of psychosocial issues within your professional scope of practice, developing personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Coordinate programs and activities targeted at addressing clients' social and emotional requirements.
\n
• Manage cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health cases, including crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to community resources.
\n
• Foster a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, crucial for effective treatment.
\n
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of treatment services, adapting approaches as necessary based on the client’s progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities within prescribed protocols.

• Ensure an appropriate caseload management, keeping meticulous records reflective of services rendered.

• Perform other relevant duties as needed to support the mission of the agency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly in behavioral health settings dealing with mental health disorders.

• Prior therapeutic work addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, marital and family dynamics, bereavement, and trauma is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
