Infrastructure Technician

Providing technical support for corporate customers in a Cisco Systems-based calling environment, the full-time Infrastructure Technician will troubleshoot telephony issues, manage MACD updates, and assist with project-related tasks, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver technical phone support and manage day-to-day operations of support for clients Oversee project-related tasks, including the deployment of new sites and training users on phone equipment Utilize a trouble-ticket system to document issues and ensure timely resolution and adherence to service levels Required qualifications Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field preferred Hands-on experience supporting Cisco Systems in a calling environment is required Basic knowledge of PBX systems and analog wall frame environments (66 & 110 blocks) is preferred Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with computer and networking hardware Must have transportation for travel within North East Ohio
