Windows Support Technician

Direct message the job poster from The Judge Group This is a 5-month contract and 100% onsite in downtown Chicago. Responsibilities: Manage and respond to ServiceNow ticketing system tickets. Ensure timely resolution of service tickets, assisting staff with all computer and mobile device installation, configuration, support, repair, implementation of performance upgrades, and managing printers/copiers/scanners. Train staff on IT-related items. Assist with maintenance of hardware inventory. Experience and Qualifications: Must have experience with Microsoft, Citrix, and Adobe software, as well as ticketing systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. 3 years of large corporate enterprise IT support experience required. Experience troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and accessories from various manufacturers. Associate's degree or certification required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional Details: Pay: $27/hr Must have a genuine desire to provide high-level customer service and assist others. Strong analytical skills, persistence, excellent communication, teamwork, patience, technical aptitude, and a disciplined approach to problem-solving are essential.
