Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health backgrounds and establish individualized treatment plans that foster growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid Washington state license in mental health counseling, such as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
