Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments of clients to inform treatment planning, ensuring that each client's unique needs and circumstances are understood.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual clients. This could include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches, among others.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect the client’s progress.

• Provide teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges, while utilizing telehealth platforms to maintain client engagement.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation to meet ethical standards and ensure quality of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer collaboration to remain abreast of mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population in the Oxnard community and beyond, focusing on individuals coping with various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
